Our Approach
One question, not four agendas...
Employer brand is what an organisation promises. Culture is what it actually delivers. Wellbeing is where the difference gets felt. Employee experience is the discipline that connects them.
Most organisations run these as four separate programmes. Four owners, four budgets, four sets of metrics. Employees do not experience them separately. They experience one place to work, and they notice immediately when the promise and the reality diverge.
That divergence is where attrition, burnout and disengagement live. It is also measurable, and once measured, it can be designed against.
We start with evidence rather than assumption: organisation-wide research, listening sessions, and comparison against peer institutions. What we find determines what we design.
Across separate client organisations, the work has repeatedly followed the same path; surveys & workshops surfaced the real issues, findings became strategy, and strategy became ongoing programmes and content. That pattern is now how we structure every engagement.
1. Diagnose
Organisation-wide employee research, listening sessions, diagnostic workshops and peer benchmarking.
We establish what people actually experience, at a level of evidence that survives challenge in an executive committee.
Report and prioritised gap analysis
2. Design
Wellbeing strategy and governance. Culture and values architecture. Employee experience journey design. EVP and employer brand strategy. Written to be approved by your executive committee and recognised by your employees.
Approved strategy with a phased roadmap and agreed measures
3. Embed
A strategy only counts once people feel it. Leadership programmes, culture workshops, manager training at full-population scale, and ongoing content that keeps the work alive past month six.
Programmes, content and facilitation as a programme or an ongoing partnership

What we do

Wellbeing
Most wellbeing budgets are spent at the individual level; apps, sessions, events. The evidence increasingly suggests that is not where wellbeing is determined. Workload, job design, manager behaviour and scheduling matter more, and they sit outside most wellbeing programmes entirely.
We design wellbeing strategy that reaches those things.
